• Devotees willing to participate in any of the Poojas are to approach the Administrative officer of the temple office and collect details pertaining to the Poojas of their choice. They have to decide the date and time in due consultation with the temple office and also to obtain prior permission.
• They have to be available well in time for the Poojas on the pre decided date and time.
• The Temple Management has full rights to modify the date and time of the Pooja due to unavoidable management reasons.
• The Temple Management is also fully empowered to withdraw/cancel the Pooja permission, due to unavoidable circumstances and due to unforeseen situations.
• The trust, being a secular one, even when allowing the public restrictively, never restrict the regular occurrence of entry of non-Hindu people by discriminating them as belong to other Religions since the mandate of the Trust calls for that the temple to be maintained for the ‘benefit of the public at large’ instead of ‘’benefit of the public’ or ‘Hindu Public’ even though the temple is mandated to be established and maintained according Hindu Scriptures. That goes to construe the temple’s universality as such the benefits of attainable from the Deity shall not be encompassed within the Hindu Public alone and be let to flow on others too whether they themselves are able to realize or accept it.
• 31.Since the majority of other services, such as Educational,Medical,Cultural and other Social ones, rendered within the ‘Panchavadi Kshekthram’ complex itself by the Trusts,the people belong to all religions are getting-in in the complex to receive the secular benefits offered therein and they frequently use to visit the temple also.Moreover,since the temple is situated near Cosmopolitan City of Pondicherry,foreigners throng to the city all through the years pay visit to this temple also whatsoever be their interests in doing so.It is being allowed by the Trust,as long as they make it without detrimental to the Sanctity and usages of the temple.
