“Panchavatee Kshethram" at Papanchavatee village, Vanur Taluk Villpuram District in the state of Tamilnadu denotes a scared place covering entire complex situated in a private trust property measuring about 12 acre. The premises being utilized for locating various Dharmas (Charities) as enumerated there in clause 4 in the Trust Deed totaling 15 in all which are purely secular Charities (such as providing Educational, Medical, Cultural and other Social services to the poor and needy persons and even institutions without any discrimination shown on the beneficiaries there on the basis of caste, creed and religion.
Since the Dharmas are to be performed only with in India according to clause 20 of the trust and the tradition of this land never separate Dharma (Secular Charities) from Seva (Religious services), to suit to our tradition the author created an another indenture of declaration of Panchavatee Sri Jayamruthi Seva trust in which along with 15 Dharmas (Secular Charities) 3 more Sevas (Religious services) were included which should be performed by the Seva trust in addition to performing of the 15 secular services in parallel with the Charitable Trust.
In view of inherent secular nature of the trust managing the temple, whenever the public are allowed by it in this temple by giving permission the trust never imposes discrimination to the effect that Hindu or any section to this temple. The Seva Trust managing the temple is a Secular one and not be a body to vested with sole and executive power to manage the temple.
